Fees, Cancellation Policy and Changing Your Booking

Fees are payable by bank transfer. A £50 non-refundable deposit is due to confirm the booking. The remainder of the fee is payable no later than 48 hours before our scheduled Cooking Day. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled. You are responsible for ordering/buying and paying for the cost of the ingredients.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

My cancellation policy is as follows:

  • £50 deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancel at least 7 days in advance of the date booked and no further payment will be due.
  • 48 hours to 7 days in advance: £100 cancellation fee due
  • Less than 48 hours in advance: fee is fully non-refundable

Your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled booking if notified more than 48 hours in advance of Cooking Day.
